Taylor Doucet

Taylor Doucet is an Advanced Peer Recovery Specialist. He has all his modules in his Certified Addiction Technician training through the Office of Behavioral Health. Taylor is also a CrossFit Level 1 and a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM. He’s been in active recovery for over a decade and was also incarcerated since the age of 19. Recently released after 11 years, he’s started his journey as a coach to help people with a similar walk. After helping start many programs inside the Colorado Department of Corrections, including a CrossFit program called Redemption Road, he’s used fitness while incarcerated to live the recovery life and help others turn their life around as well. Some of the tools he’s used over the years other than fitness is the “7 Habits of Highly Effective People” by Stephen R. Covey, he became a Master facilitator through the Franklin Covey Foundation and since his release has been teaching this material to help with recovery.
