After helping start many programs inside the Colorado Department of Corrections, including a CrossFit program called Redemption Road, he’s used fitness while incarcerated to live the recovery life and help others turn their life around as well. Some of the tools he’s used over the years other than fitness is the “7 Habits of Highly Effective People” by Stephen R. Covey, he became a Master facilitator through the Franklin Covey Foundation and since his release has been teaching this material to help with recovery. If you’re interested in changing your life and becoming a stronger, healthier person, please contact Taylor, he’s always open to talk about how we can turn things around.

Heather Harrison

Heather Harrison is a compassionate recovery coach and trauma healing specialist with a profound understanding of the journey toward healing and self-discovery. With over a decade of experience in the field, Heather combines her academic background with a wealth of certifications to offer holistic support to individuals navigating the challenges of trauma healing and recovery. With over half a dozen field related certifications and continuing education classes, she brings a unique blend of therapeutic and energy healing modalities to her practice. Her approach is rooted in the belief that true healing encompasses mind, body, and soul, and she empowers her clients to cultivate emotional resilience, strengthen their intuition, and embrace radical self-love as they embark on the journey toward recovery.

Lori Lassiter

Lori Lassiter has been trained as a Peer Recovery Coach through the CCAR Recovery Coach Academy certification program & is also certified as a National Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist (NCPRSS) through SAMHSA/NAADAC. Lori’s lived experience of recovery from her own addiction & having been “in the system” gives her a genuine understanding of what her clients are actually going through emotionally, financially, & in dealing with family matters. Her goal, as a coach, is to meet her clients where they are at and help them to figure out their own personal journey to recovery, in a non-judgmental and compassionate manner.

Barbara Parker, MA, LPC, NCC, has seven years’ experience as a therapist, spending four of those years working in an inpatient program for men coming out of prison and into community corrections. She learned about the determination and drive to overcome addictions and family history/traumas. For the last couple of years she has been working in Telehealth mental health care. She is also a Veteran of the United States Air Force and active in the Veteran community.

Her approach to counseling is person-centered using cognitive behavioral therapy. She is an expert in the process of change, but not an expert on you. When we challenge our negative thoughts and emotions, our behavior and actions will change. She doesn’t give advice as that is not what therapists do. She will work with you and help guide you to a deeper understanding of your struggles and then work with you to explore coping skills to enhance your sobriety goals.
