Lorenzo Yzaguirre

I’m Lorenzo Yzaguirre, a Peer Recovery Coach based in the Denver Area. My journey through incarceration, addiction, and healing gives me a real-world perspective that can’t be taught in a classroom. I use my life experience—both the darkest valleys and the disciplined path forward—to connect with others who are ready to change. Today, I teach recovery and life-skills courses in halfway houses and reentry programs. I believe in structured growth, personal responsibility, faith, and family—and I walk beside others to help them find purpose, rebuild discipline, and take their lives back with dignity.
