What We Offer

Our DUI classes provide education, accountability, and practical tools to help participants meet court, probation, and personal growth goals. Through structured curriculum and experienced facilitation, participants gain insight into decision-making, substance use, risk reduction, healthy coping skills, and strategies for long-term success.


  • Our DUI services are offered weekly and are designed to meet Colorado Level II requirements while providing a supportive and accountable environment for growth and change.

    Level II DUI Education
    Thursdays at 4:30 PM

    Level II DUI Therapy
    Thursdays at 6:30 PM

  • Our goal is to provide a structured, supportive, and educational environment that encourages accountability, personal growth, and long-term behavioral change. This program is designed to help participants better understand the impact of substance use, impaired driving, decision-making, and overall wellness.

    Through education, group participation, and therapeutic support, participants will gain practical tools to support healthier choices, emotional regulation, and personal responsibility.

    Participants can expect:

    • A respectful and supportive environment

    • Structured educational and therapy sessions

    • Group discussion and participation

    • Accountability and personal growth opportunities

    • Guidance from trained staff and facilitators

    • Track A: 42 hours (21 weeks) — 1 prior, low BAC (<0.15)

    • Track B: 52 hours (26 weeks) — high BAC (≥0.15)

    • Track C: 68 hours (34 weeks) — multiple offenses, higher risk

    • Track D: 86 hours (43 weeks) — chronic/relapse pattern

  • Education (12 hours):

    • Alcohol/drug effects on body and brain

    • Blood alcohol concentration (BAC) and impairment

    • Decision-making and risk assessment

    • Legal consequences and driving privilege impacts

    • Responsible choices and prevention strategies

    Therapy (Track-Specific Hours):

    • Identifying high-risk situations

    • Cognitive-behavioral skills and relapse prevention

    • Coping strategies and stress management

    • Family and social impact

    • Building a sober lifestyle and support systems

  • Program Structure and Attendance

    • Each class = 2 hours/week (group format).

    • Attendance is mandatory; more than 2 absences may result in discharge.

    • Must complete Level II Education (12 hours) before starting Therapy sessions.

    • Homework, journaling, and progress check-ins are required.

  • Intake / Assessment / Treatment Plan

    • $130 one-time fee

    Includes:

    • Clinical assessment

    • Intake process

    • Individualized treatment planning

    • Program placement and track assignment

    DUI Education

    • $35 per group

    • $420 full program payment option available

    Participants complete:

    • 12 hours of Level II DUI Education

    • Educational curriculum covering DUI laws, BAC, impairment, decision-making, and prevention strategies

    DUI Therapy

    • $35 per therapy group

    Therapy includes:

    • Track-specific therapy hours

    • Relapse prevention

    • Cognitive-behavioral skill building

    • Stress management

    • Recovery support

    Additional Outpatient Recovery Support Services

    Additional recovery-focused services may be available based on participant needs and eligibility.

    Services may include:

    • Recovery support

    • Peer support services

    • Case management

    • Outpatient treatment support

    • Therapy

    • Community resource connection

    Payment Information

    • Payment plans may be available for eligible participants.

    • Fees must remain current throughout participation.

    • Additional fees may apply for missed sessions, UA/BAC testing, or required documentation requests.

Complete Your Intake

Get Assigned to Your Track

Based on your assessment, BAC level, and criminal history, you’ll be placed into the appropriate Level II DUI track and treatment plan.

Build Long-Term Change

Our program is designed to support lasting growth through structure, support systems, coping skills, and practical tools for long-term recovery and success.

Attend Education & Therapy

Participants complete weekly group sessions focused on accountability, behavioral change, relapse prevention, and building healthier decision-making skills.
