Taylor Doucet is a Colorado Peer and Family Specialist (CPFS), Qualified Behavioral Health Assistant (QBHA), and Advanced Peer Recovery Specialist with over a decade of active recovery. He serves as the Director of Communications for NAS Recovery Solutions, where he helps lead peer-driven programming inside community corrections, treatment facilities, and justice-involved settings across Colorado.

Taylor completed all modules of his Certified Addiction Technician (CAT) training through the Colorado Office of Behavioral Health and is deeply engaged in both clinical collaboration and peer-led recovery work. In addition, he serves on the Colorado Higher Education in Prison (CHEP) Council through the University of Colorado, advocating for expanded access to higher education for incarcerated individuals statewide.

A CrossFit Level 2 (CF-L2) Trainer and NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Taylor integrates fitness, discipline, and mindset development into his recovery philosophy. During his 11 years of incarceration — beginning at age 19 — he helped launch multiple pro-social programs within the Colorado Department of Corrections, including the CrossFit-based Redemption Road Fitness Foundation, using physical training as a vehicle for transformation and accountability.

Beyond fitness, Taylor is a Master Facilitator of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People through the FranklinCovey Foundation and teaches both 7 Habits and Speed of Trust to individuals navigating recovery and reentry. His work blends cognitive education, behavioral skill development, and lived experience to help individuals build structure, resilience, and long-term success.

Today, Taylor’s mission is clear: to help people move from survival to leadership — building stronger bodies, stronger minds, and stronger communities.

If you’re ready to elevate your life and commit to meaningful change, Taylor is always open to connecting.
